Ingredients: Water, Cayenne peppers 8%, cane sugar, carrots, onions, salt, cucumbers, vinegar, Habanero pepper 2%, modified corn starch, mustard seeds, turmeric & other spices, garlic powder & ascorbic acid (vitamin C)
