Britannia Mills Verde Hot Sauce

Welcome to this fresh and citrusy low heat green sauce straight out of Montreal. The combination of tomatillos, jalapeno and lime juice give this sauce a crisp flavour. With the addition of lemongrass and ginger this sauce pairs beautifully with east Asian inspired dishes.

Ingredients: Tomatillos, jalapeno peppers, lime juice (water, concentrated lime juice, sulfite, lime oil), white vinegar, onions, salt, lemongrass, garlic, ginger, spices.
