CaJohns Jolokia Wing Sauce

Making crispy, low-fat chicken wings at home is easy. Toss wings in plain flour seasoned with salt & pepper, place on a baking sheet and bake in 400F oven for 40-45 min. Heat your wing sauce in a pan, add wings and toss until coated. Done!
