Empress Ghost Pepper Maqaw Hot Sauce

The slow burn of the Ghost pepper really comes into its own with the addition of Maqaw pepper. The citrusy flavour of the pepper is complemented by the addition of grapefruit, making this sauce both hot and light at the same time.

Ingredients: Distilled white vinegar, sweet potato, filtered water, onion, aged Ghost pepper (Ghost pepper, salt), grapefruit juice, organic agave nectar, Empress's select aged peppers (Taiwan chili peppers, salt), garlic, salt, lime juice, Maqaw pepper, xanthan gum.
