Fury Al Pastor Hot Sauce

Sweet but robust, this hot sauce brings a lot to the table. Charred pineapple, achiote, cilantro and Mexican oregano all contribute to give this sauce its unique character. 

Ingredients: Charred pineapple, roasted Habanero, vinegar, pineapple juice, orange zest, garlic, Ancho chile, Cayenne chile, canola oil, onions, sugars (evaporated cane juice), achiote, sea salt, cilantro, spices, Mexican oregano, xanthan gum.
