Fury Huli Huli Hot Sauce

Taking inspiration from the classic Hawaiian barbecued chicken dish huli huli, this hot sauce is rich and sweet and gentle on the heat. Pair with chicken, BBQ ribs, pork and seafood.

Ingredients: Birdseye pepper, sherry vinegar, sundried tomatoes, charred pineapple, cold pressed sunflower oil, sugars (evaporated cane juice), rice wine vinegar, onion, soy sauce, sea salt, garlic, ginger, spice, flax seed.
