Fury Trompo Hot Sauce

A bolder, deeper version of their original Al Pastor, this hot sauce gets the bulk of it's flavour from blackened Mexican chiles. Pineapple adds sweetness and Mexican oregano gives it a nice hint of fragrant herbs. Pair with all your favourite Mexican and Southwestern dishes but also goes great with BBQ.

Ingredients: Blackened Mexican chiles (Guajillo, Arbol, chipotle), charred pineapple, vinegar, pineapple juice, garlic, cold pressed sunflower oil, onions, sugars (evaporated cane juice), nixtamalized corn flour, sea salt, spices, Mexican oregano, flax seed.
