High Desert Sauces are known for their Southwest inspired sauces and this one holds true to that. Fire roasted tomatoes, Carolina Reaper pepper, cumin and lime all mingle to create a slowly building heat and intense, layered flavours. 

Ingredients: Pepper mash (water, Carolina Reaper, Habanero), distilled vinegar, fire roasted tomato (diced tomato, tomato juice, sea salt, citric acid), garlic, kosher salt, lime juice, onion, cilantro, cumin, smoked paprika.
