Hook & Arrow Chipotle Hot Sauce

Commonly used in Mexican cooking, raisins add sweetness and a depth of flavour to such classics as Mole Poblano and Beef Picadillo. In this hot sauce that feature along smoky chipotles and fire roasted tomatoes creating a deep, robust sauce with sweetness up front and a lingering, smooth hint of smoke.

Ingredients: Fire roasted tomatoes (vine ripened tomatoes, tomato juice, salt, calcium chloride, citric acid), distilled vinegar, Chipotle pepper mash (Chipotle peppers, salt, vinegar), onions, raisins, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, salt, Ghost chile powder, black pepper.
