Hot Ones season 27 introduced us to Hook & Arrow when their Sauerkraut & Mustard hot sauce was featured. It became so popular that the maker decided to create a hotter version. Where the original used Jalapeno peppers, this one also features Habaneros, taking the heat up a couple of notches without sacrificing the flavour.
Ingredients: Jalapeno peppers (Jalapeno peppers, water, vinegar and salt), Green Habanero pepper mash (Green Habanero peppers, salt), sauerkraut (prepared cabbage, water, salt), apple cider vinegar, spicy mustard (distilled vinegar, #1 grade mustard seed, water, salt, spices, turmeric and natural flavours), extra virgin olive oil, dry mustard, crushed brown mustard seed, Habanero pepper powder.
