Matouk's Trinidad Scorpion Hot Sauce

A great Caribbean style hot sauce with Scorpion peppers that have been pickled and aged which gives the sauce great flavour character and depth.

Ingredients: Aged Pickled Scorpion and Scotch Bonnet peppers (peppers, vinegar, salt), water, modified corn starch, West Indian herbs, salt, garlic, celery, potassium sorbate (as a preservative), soybean oil, xanthan gum. 300 ml
