AS SEEN ON HOT ONES SEASON 28
This is Neil's second appearance on Hot Ones and we couldn't be prouder of our Canadian hot sauce makers! Holding fast to their original base recipe which has Trinidadian roots, cauliflower is used as a base, creating a savoury, rich undertone. Cucumbers add freshness, red wine vinegar adds a nice touch of acidity while cilantro, oregano and parsley add fragrant, herbal notes. Pair with seafood, chicken, lamb, rice and vegetables.
Ingredients: red wine vinegar, cucumber, Habanero pepper, Jalapenos, lemon juice, onion, cauliflower, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, parsley, cilantro, sea salt, water, dried Ghost pepper, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper.
