Piko Peppers Honey Sriracha Hot Sauce

An updated take on the classic Sriracha, by adding honey the flavour of the ripe red jalapenos is smoothed out a bit, creating a sauce that is a bit less sharp and harsh but instead brimming with flavour and a delicious sweetness.
