Piko Peppers Katsu Curry Hot Sauce

Katsu curry is often referred to as Japanese comfort food. Slightly sweet and aromatic, it's traditionally served with breaded and fried pork or chicken but is easily paired with noodles, rice, veggies, tofu and seafood. 

Ingredients: Sweet potatoes, carrots, Congo Habanero peppers, chocolate Ghost peppers, cane sugar, distilled vinegar, garlic, tomato paste, tamari sauce (water, soybeans, salt, alcohol, koji mold, bacterial cultures), Japanese curry spice blend, sesame oil, sea salt.
