Again we're thrilled to have a Canadian hot sauce on the show, this time from Piko Peppers out of Montreal. A classic Piri Piri style sauce with a twist, by adding beer to the recipe. The hops opens up the deep umami flavours and Habanero peppers bring in some extra heat. We predict this will be the overall favourite from this season; big flavour with mil/medium heat gives it great appeal to anyone who loves food.
